Robert Carr - Founder

During Robert’s 30 years of Operations & Supply Chain experience, Robert has worked with companies of all sizes, driving organizational change with a focus on “operational excellence” as well as project management. Robert also has extensive experience in rotational molding product development and manufacturing. Robert has previously held positions at companies such as The Little Tikes Toy Company, The Coleman Company, Goulds Pumps, Newell Rubbermaid and The Step2 Company.

Mike Orr - Consultant

Michael Orr has a distinguished 40-year career working for Fortune 500 Companies with global responsibility in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain Leadership positions.  He began his career as a Project Engineer with Allied-Signal (Honeywell NYSE: HON) and progressed through a variety of Engineering and Operational roles for large scale continuous process manufacturing. This included an Expatriate assignment in Taiwan to facilitate production startup activities. During his time with Allied-Signal, he also completed his MBA with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

He joined Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) as a Plant Manager, focused on high volume discrete manufacturing of Consumer Good Products. After a series of acquisitions and integration actions he quickly advanced though several positions with Newell Rubbermaid including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations. He was then promoted to Group Vice President of Operations for the Home & Family Group where he was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain and distribution for several business units.

In 2005, he joined the Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC) in Atlanta, Georgia as Senior Vice President of Operations for the GPC subsidiary, SP Richards Company. In 2009, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations & Logistics for Genuine Parts Company which is the parent company of global automotive parts retailer, NAPA Auto Parts. In this role, he was elected a corporate officer and part of the GPC Executive Committee. During his tenure, the company completed and successfully integrated dozens of acquisitions delivering significant operating synergies and cost reductions. His operational leadership allowed GPC to leverage its size and scale for enhanced earnings and dividend growth. In 2020, he retired from the Genuine Parts Company.

Currently, Mike remains active in business as an advisory board member for Carolina Textiles and Bay 15 -- two privately held companies. He also serves as an advisor to RLC Consulting Services assisting Private Equity firms Aterian Investment Partners and Center Lane Partners with portfolio companies. Currently, he is a board nominee for FPA Energy Acquisition Corp. and Aranum Energy Acquisition Corp. which are early-stage growth companies focused on the US energy sector.

Todd Nowicki - Consultant

For the last 30+ years, Todd has held numerous supply chain roles with companies such as Sanford, S.P. Richards Company, Genuine Parts Company, Blue Chip Group and Motor Parts & Equipment Company. Prior to that, Todd held production managerial roles at Newell Rubbermaid and Textron Fastening Systems.

Mark Bachner - Consultant

Mr. Bachner has 30+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, NPI and Manufacturing Management experience both domestically and abroad. Mark has extensive experience managing multiple site operations at MGAE, and American Textile. Focused on “operational excellence” as well as project management Mark has executed projects including polymer recycling, plant design and startup as well as factory shutdowns. Mark has a vast knowledge of most plastics processes, including expert technical analysis of rotational, blow, injection, and extrusion. Prior experience includes American Textile, Bedgear, The Little Tikes Company, MGAE, and Newell Rubbermaid.
